Congratulations to Becky Cole as the 2018 AADE Annual Meeting Scholarship Awardee! She has been awarded $400 to apply to the cost of registration, travel and hotel accomodations for the August AADE Annual meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. Becky will provide a summary report at the Fall 2018 membership meeting highlighting her annual meeting experience.
The KADE LNG AADE Travel scholarship is now available. Three $400 awards are available for KADE members. This scholarship is used towards 2018 AADE Baltimore, Maryland Annual meeting travel expenses. Deadline is March 30, 2018 and must be emailed to daniel.stinnett@BHSI.com. Awards will be announced after April 11, 2018

Diabetes Fun Day Camp is being offered on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Camp Shawano Girl Scout Camp! This one day camping experience is offered free to all children with diabetes who have completed grades K-8. This Fun Camp experience provides a safe, medically supervised experience and hopefully gives each children a taste of camp so they proceed to week long camp experiences being offered throughout the year.
