Diabetes Day Camp is going to take place on Saturday, July 15th at Camp Shawano-- Girl Scout Camp off Tates Creek Road, Lexington, KY. Three $400 awards will be given this year. This is to be used to cover the cost of registration, travel and hotel accomodations.
Award recipients will be announced on the KADE Website by April 1, 2017.

Provides evidence-based public health strategies for population-focused diabetes prevention and Control activities in alignment with the Department for Public Health’s diabetes funding resources.
